Can I change my hosting package?

Yes, you can change your account from your client area by clicking "My Products & Services" and then "View Details" next to the account you wish to change. On the next page, click "Upgrade/Downgrade" and select the package you would like to switch to.

Back to top If I don't need hosting anymore, how do I cancel my service?

Please send an email to billing@gkg.net with the domain name that you wish to cancel web hosting on.

The email must come from the same address that originally signed up for web hosting or from the current registrant's email address listed on file for the domain name (This is for your security, so that not just anyone can cancel your web hosting for you. We will not cancel web hosting based on a phone call).
