Cancellation Policy

To insure that your account is properly terminated, and to insure that additional charges do not accrue, you must submit written notice to GKG.NET, INC. via email or the United States Postal Service.

  1. To cancel via email: send email to billing@gkg.net. Include the word "cancellation" in the SUBJECT line as well as your account name in the BODY of the email. You will receive an automated response with a tracking number. Please keep your tracking number for proof of cancellation
  2. To cancel via postal notification: Include your account name, and the word "cancellation". Include another email address, for us to send your cancellation tracking number. Please keep your tracking number for proof of cancellation. Send notification to:

  • Please be sure to include your account name along with payment to settle any outstanding account balance.
  • For dialup, parking and hosting accounts we must receive your cancellation notice at least five (5) days prior to the payment due date.
  • For collocation, bandwidth and leased server accounts we must receive your cancellation notice at least thirty (30) days prior to your payment due date.
  • If we do not receive the cancellation notice by the date listed above, you will be responsible for full payment of the current invoice.
