On the first page, select Domain Tools.

Click Forgot your Username or Password?

a. & b. Enter your GKG username in this box and press "Submit" (3b). You will be sent an email to the email address that you provided for your GKG username - remember your GKG username is case and space sensitive.

If you do not remember the email address that you provided when your GKG username was created select the "Forgot your username?" link.

4. You are almost done. Now check the email account shown on the screen. Contact support@gkg.net if this email address is no longer valid.

5. Open your email account and look for an email from support@gkg.net. Open the email and click on the link inside. This link is only valid for 12 hours after you submit a request for a password change. Read the email competely and follow the link.

a. Type in your new password in both fields.

b. Press Submit.

7. Your password has now been changed!
