For security purposes, GKG does not allow users to change the contact name or company/organization name for a GKG Username. If you wish to make this change, you may:
Option 1
Create a new username at our Account and Domain Management section. Log in above and replace the current username with the newly created username (as shown in the above question)
Option 2
Send a notarized letter on company letterhead (company letterhead not applicable for individuals) stating the request. The letter must be from the contact listed for the domain or an established agent for the contact. The letter should be accompanied by a signed and notarized copy (front and back) of a government issued form of identification. All of this information should be mailed to:
