Forgotten Password Tutorial

Step 1

From the home page select Account and Domain Management.

Step 2

Click "Forgot your Username or Password".

Step 3

a. Enter your GKG username in this box and press "Send Password". Your password will be sent to the email address that is associated with your GKG username - remember your GKG username is case and space sensitive.

b. If you do not remember the email address that you provided when your GKG username was created select the "Read these directions" link.

Step 4

a. Enter the domain name that is associated with your domain name.

b. Press List Contacts.

Step 5

A list of usernames will be displayed for that domain along with their email addresses. The password will be sent to this email address.

Step 6

a. If you already have a GKG Username created for the new contact, enter it now.
b.
If you can no longer check this email address and you wish either the password or the email address to be changed by GKG, you must mail a notarized letter (on company letterhead, if applicable), signed by the contact listed in the GKG username with your request, along with a $15 administrative fee to:
