A Warning to Our Customers

GKG.NET, INC. has been made aware that several registrars, including VeriSign, Inc. (formerly Network Solutions) are sending, via email and/or US Mail, renewal notices that are confusing. These notices are an an attempt to transfer your domain away from GKG.NET, INC. Customers that are victimized by these notices will pay significantly higher prices for their domain registration and will no longer have the benefit of GKG.NET, INC.'s customer service.

Renewal notices from GKG.NET, INC. are sent via email, starting 60 days before expiration and always mention the GKG.NET, INC. name. In an attempt to protect our customers while we address this scam with ICANN, GKG.NET, INC. has removed the expiration date from our WHOIS server. You may still access this information by logging into your account at www.gkg.net.

We encourage all interested customers to email support@gkg.net to report any new marketing scams that you believe are purposefully confusing. We also encourage you to make your feelings known by writing to ICANN (who is the governing body for all Registrars and Registries).
